Hover image bugs - by SqueakDesign - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I’m still building my site and I’ve noticed that some of products don’t swap to the hover image when on the products page view. Most of them do, but just some don’t. I have deleted the product and created a new one from scratch, biut still, the image won’t swap to the hover image. It seems to be that way for all new products I create.

I also have an issue with my FAQ page. Once you click ona question to view the answer, the footer jumps up and sits on top of the page content. http://118.127.44.111/~squeakde/faq/.

Are you please able to help me with these little bugs?

Hello,

Please show a direct page where hover image isn’t shown and specify for what product.
May we reupload the theme files?
Please create a back up.

Hi,

On the view all product pages, when your cursor is on certain products, the image doesn’t change to the hover image. The products which it currently doesn’t work for is the Adrian Clutch, Copper Night Bag, Strike quilt, Charisma Pouch, Woven Pouch, Segmented Pouch and Midnight Ink pouch. In the past it has also not worked on any of the Pocket Square products, but all of a sudden they started working again.

It seems that any new product created also doesn’t work when your curser is on the image. Always on the products/catagories pages, where more then one product is shown on the one page.

As I mentioned earlier, I also have an issue with the FAQ page. Once you click on a question to receive the answer, the footer jumps up and sits on top of the page content.

I have done a back up and you can re-upload the theme files.

Hello,

We changed hover effect functionality and now swap image is shown from the product gallery.
Clear browser cache and check your site.

Hi Eva,

thanks so much, the hover function seems to work great now.

However I still have a problem with the FAQ page. Are you able to look at this too please. The footer keeps jumping up onto the page content once you click onto a question and you can’t get rid of it unless you refresh the page.

Hello,

The issue on FAQ page persists with default WordPress theme too. So the problem is related to Visual Composer plugin. Try to use Tabs element or Accordion instead of FAQ.
