Hot Spot Function issues on Mobile website

I have a few issues on the hot spot module

1. refering to the webpage, I used “general tabs” to add static blocks for different tabs, each static block contains different set of hotspot images. However, on mobile phone, they just dont work when we press the hot spot when I switch to those with static block contents.

2. the hotspots keep opening on mobile phone, they should be automatically closed when another hotspot is open, see my screen shot, if I open everything, it will be very messy, I think this is a bug.

I cannot simulate this in Video, if you go to the page i give you using mobile phone and click on different tabs(see screenshot), some of the tabs’ hotspot doesn’t work.

Hello @kmc,

Could you please check again, this time using different hotspot widgets within your tabs? Using duplicated widgets with the same IDs may cause conflicts, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/rkzvm_BQEPD7.

In the meantime, we have added a custom CSS snippet for you, which should help resolve the issue on mobile devices.
