Homepage on mobile broken - by fashionarena

Hello Support,

My website, http://www.fashion-arena.ro , is broken on mobile view and i don’t know how and why could this happend…
Could you help me?

sorry for delay with answer! We are working on your site right now. Please provide us with more information about this issue – have you edited theme files or installed new plugin before problem appear? Do you have backup of your site? Any information may help.

I’ve edited only the custom CSS in Theme Options Panel and Child Theme.
I do not have a recent backup.
No plugins installed recently.
This issue apeared over night…

Hello Support,

Any luck so far?
This issue i have in Chrome and Firefox when i resize the browser window.
A few minutes ago i used another phone to visit my site and appears normal, but on my phone and desktop it looks broken. I’ve cleared all the possible caches…

Hello Support,

I’ve changed the homepage with your “BAGS Demo” and appears to be ok on mobile, but i’ve tried to put another Products Module in page structure.
I’ve realised that only the new module was broken again in mobile view… I can’t customise anything beacause of this issue.

Is there a incompatibility bug with the latest version of Visual Composer? I have updated Visual Composer a week ago…

Hello,

Regarding your old home page view on mobile try to add the css code in Theme options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile section:
```
.sidebar-mobile-top > .row, .sidebar-mobile-top > .product > .row {
   display: block;
}
```
As for the “BAGS Demo” page please specify what product module you are trying to add, also show us a screenshot for better understanding.
