  Hello, I’m having two issues. I have installed the latest theme update with the latest plugins that came with it. However our page is not displaying any of the Visual Composer items. I have made sure all the post types are selected in VC settings. I completed deleted your theme and reinstalled it and still the same issue. I’m using the Royal theme.

  The second issue is the the website takes a long time to load on mobile devices. We don’t have a large amount of content yet it takes a very longs time. How can we speed up the performance?

  Hello,

  Some of 3-rd party plugin you are using is causing the problem with page displaying. Deactivate them one by one to find the conflicting one.

  I was able to fix the VC issue. It was one of the plugins. I’ve deactivated any plugin not needed buy the theme. We’re still having the performance issue. The website loads really slow. What can we do to improve performance?
