    Dear 8theme team,

    We have a big problem viewing our Homepage on mobile devices (like the Samsung or Iphone) ??
    On a Ipad everything is okay. But I can see what we are doing wrong?
    Some elements don’t show?

    Hope you can help us.
    Thanks in advance,

    André

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Dear Jack Richardson,

    Thank you for the reply.
    I just updated the theme and all required plugins but it did not fix my problem 🙁

    The theme is now “Royal store v2.1”.
    And I have WooCommerce version 2.4.5.
    Kind regards,

    André

    Hi Jack,

    After the update a few settings where changed in the theme options?
    It took me a while to figure out what had changed… but i’ve fix it.

    I also notice if we disable the wishlist setting the hole site won’t show up right? But these are additional remarks that will come later perhaps 😉
    (Not really a big deal)

    First the homepage needs to get working for mobile devices 🙂
    I have applied the request information.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    If you want to disable Wishlist you need deactivate Wishlist plugin in the Plugins section of wp-admin panel.
    Your login link to WP Dashboard is incorrect. We’re getting 404 error.
    Please give us correct url.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Its the right URL?
    Its possible that you first get a captcha security code, but try the link a few times.

    Hi Eva,

    Only if it is possible to restore this version, when it could go wrong 🙂

    Ps. can I work in the WP backend if you are working on it?
    Or should I not login at the moment.

    Hello,

    Please create a back up of your site and database. After that we’ll reupload theme files. It would be better if you don’t do anything in wp-admin panel during the reupload process.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

    I made a backup of the site, hopefully I’ve backup all the files 🙂
    And we will temporarily stop working in the WP.

    Can you let us know when its okay to start working in it again.
    Thanks in advance.

    I do have one request from my client;
    My client wants the website to look exactly the same as current homepage.
    This morning spontaneous there was a sidebar visible?
    I have turned off the sidebar option again because I was called by my client, he noticed it and thought this was absolute not professional.

    Hello,

    You need remove class “fl-r” in the column settings https://gyazo.com/acea0f1039581e28e093d31edd00110c .
    After that check the site.

    Regards,

    Hi Eva,

    Thanks alot, I’ve remove the “fl-r” class and everything seems okay now 🙂
    I didn’t even know it was in there.

    Still one of our banner image is not responsive, I think I need to use something different to get is working. Do you have maybe a simple solution for us… otherwise I will later on search for it. First I’m away for my vacation 😀

    Thanks again.
    Kind regards,

    André

    Hello,

    You can try to use this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

    .vc_custom_1439693862623 {
       background-position: center !important;
       background-size: 100% 100%;
    }

    but the banner may be distorted a bit.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

    Thank you for the code.
    I’ve placed it in the ‘Custom CSS for mobile’ section, but it doesn’t work.

    Have a nice week 😉
