    Hello, Paulkeys,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

Would you be able to provide a video recording of the issue and your actions so that we can better understand the situation?

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Paulkeys,

    Thank you for the video.

You are using Elementor Pro, which doesn’t come bundled with our theme. Have you tried to contact the support of Elementor?

Do you have this problem in preview mode only? Do you use the popup on a live page and face the same problem? Please provide the URL.

We have our own Newsletter popup https://prnt.sc/WuI6SI9VM4lB https://xstore.8theme.com/shop, which content is created using static block.
Also, there is our Modal popup element – https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/modal-popup/

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

I realize that there is a conflict that did not occur before. This was already before updating Elementor and the problem persisted even after the update.

But isn’t there a tutorial showing how to create a popup with this static block or modal popup?
Because a demonstrative image of this feature was shown, but I want to know how to do it

    Hello, Paulkeys,

You can import sections from this page https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/modal-popup/ on your site. Please watch this video – https://youtu.be/MYei56eV7mU
After this import, please open the settings of the element and select the template https://prnt.sc/mN_TwBrP3m_H , it will be the content of the popup.

    About Newsletter in the header:
    – go to Dashboard > static blocks > Add new > create the desired content using Elementor https://prnt.sc/qsY9dv43ncD7 > https://prnt.sc/JwPaWYnw40q3
    – go to Header Builder > add newsletter element into the header and select your static block – https://prnt.sc/mc_cI7i1j7nu

We hope this information is helpful.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
