Very urgent assistance required.
1. Message displayed after the ‘visit site’ option was clicked from dashboard –
“Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from http://www.mthepro.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).
Visual attachment can be provided if requested.
I do not understand how to resolve the message so that the site displays correctly for visitors please.
I updated the Visual Composer and 2 other plugins (I cannot recall, STOCK WIDGET +1) by way of difference from the evening before.
2. The Events page error occurred again. There was an error message: NO POSTS WERE FOUND!
I removed the images on the page, because I thought that might help, but that was not the solution.
I will administer the plugin one by one check shortly as advised, after the weekend.
However, for the purpose of my beta launch on Friday, are there any other suggestions you can recommend as a suitable resolution please? For this I am grateful.
3. Would you be able to confirm the best location to place the edited payment image once complete i.e. ftp folder location please?
ps I removed the events and shop page until they are resolved and fit for public viewing.

1. Can you suggest a method for me to disable the shop page temporarily – To allow for the SSL situation to be bypassed temporarily. No products would be directly available during this period.
This is only to allow for the site to be viewed publicly, once I deactivate the holding page. I have already acquired the SSL certificate and just need the details of where to place them on the theme for safe operation.

1. You can remove a page you selected for products page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display.
2. Please check Events page now and clear browser cache before. The problem was you had the same slug in the WP Meetup section > Options > Root for custom post type. I’ve changed “events” to “eventsss”.

Most parts are working very smoothly now.
A few more queries before I perform a beta test launch of the site please:
1.
When I try to delete a menu tab and save it, I get directed to a blank screen with URL:
http://www.mthepro.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
After a screen refresh to retrieve the page, the deleted menu tab still shows within the main menu.
It will not allow me to save when I untick the ‘Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu’ either.
Is it possible to repair the menu options and have the menu tabs operate normally please?

The shop page is showing a duplicate row of my products Please could you confirm how I can remedy the shop page so that:
A. The basket, checkout and my account page function correctly for display and transactions
B. Only one of each product is displayed to each visitor?
3.
One of my ‘Portfolio’ pages keeps showing coding for images in the thumbnail, instead of showing just the thumbnail when the visitor selects the ‘Style’ page. Is there anything that can be done to repair the ‘Drinks’ thumbnail and ‘Portfolio’ page to a state similar to the other correctly functioning ‘Style’ thumbnails

Also the installation of ‘Woo Commerce’ created ‘Basket’ and ‘Checkout’ pages. However, I do not want these showing on the ‘main menu’. Is there a way to have these pages active without being included on the main menu of the site please?

The following message keeps showing on the dashboard:
“Your theme has bundled outdated copies of ‘Woo Commerce’ template files.
If you notice an issue on your site, this could be the reason.
Please contact your theme developer for further assistance.

I selected the Woo Commerce side tab and the following commands/ instructions were presented:
Woo Commerce > System Status > WC Pages > My Account > Page does not contain the shortcode: [woocommerce_my_account]
Woo Commerce > System Status > WordPress Environment > WP Memory Limit: 40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP
Woo Commerce > System Status > Templates > legenda/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.6,
Could you confirm that the site will still be able to function well or is there a way to amend all of these to allow optimum site operation please?

1. Please check if this issue persists with default WordPress theme.
2. Could you please clarify with more details what is wrong with Shop page?
What is wrong on the pages that you mentioned? Please show us screenshots.
3. The problem is caused by slider you’re using for image gallery. I’ve disabled excerpt in Theme Options > Portfolio. Please check now.
4. As I see there are no Basket and Checkout pages in the menu on your site.
Where do you want to remove them from?
5. You shouldn’t worry about that message. It won’t affect your site. We edited some Woocommerce files in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce and old version can be written in those files. Please don’t worry about it.

1. The issue has not resolved yet. Any ‘save menu’ changes still forward me to a blank screen and remain unsaved. If I select the original WP theme, will all my current Legenda site settings remain when I revert back?
2. The basket, checkout, my account and wishlist pages all redirect to a ‘404 page not found’ or do not progress to complete a sale. This is mainly when I try to use the top header links too (which I have deactivated in the theme options temporarily, as well as removed the add to cart option).
Where can I forward the screen prints to you please?

1. Your changes will remain after switching the themes.
2. I’ve selected “My account” page in Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts tab > My Account Page.
Now My Account page is working fine. Also I’ve selected Wishlist page in YIT Plugins > Wishlist > General Settings > Wishlist Page. Set price for your products and check “Add to basket” button and Cart page.
Please clear browser cache and check the pages now.
4. Those pages don’t need to be added to the menu if you don’t want it.

I performed the switch themes test.
I moved the portfolio page and menu to a child page and sub menu level with the original theme successfully. This is the desired action result. However, this is required with the Legenda theme.
I performed the same action with the Legenda theme. The same result is still pending.

Some plugin is causing the issue.
When I disabled all 3rd-party plugins the menu was modified.
Please disable the plugins one by one to find what is causing this problem.
