Hello there. I did everything you said. even because I think there may be a problem with my own data and database. I created a database from scratch and uploaded 10 products from the dump. I tested it with another theme first and the processor continued with an average of 30% cpu usage. Whenever I install your theme, the CPU usage goes straight to 100 percent. After doing all this, I thought that there would be a problem with the server, and I rented another server with 4 cores and 8 gb ram from a different server service. I installed wordpress from scratch again and installed 10 products from scratch in my hand. Then I installed one of the default and free themes of wordpress. Again, the processor continued to work with an average of ten to fifteen percent. and then i installed your theme and the processor goes up to 100% again. Please assign one of your employees to this job and support us. I’m sure there is a problem with the theme.

One of the questions in my mind is this. We have more than 2,500 products and nearly 25k product images. Could this be putting too much load on the system? Could this be why the system goes down when I install the theme?
Also, what kind of system should we choose for sites with an average of 2500 products and 25k images? Is it a dedicated server? Or is a shared 4-core 8gb ram server enough? Can you give me information about this too?

Is it mean 2 themes installed on top of each other? Why are there 2 of everything?

Also how can I delete all the files of the theme? Even if I remove the theme, it still appears on the homepage. I activate another theme, delete the xstore theme. But the view on the homepage does not change.

IMPORTANT:

Step 1: I switched the server to the best package. I cleared all the caches. Installed the Rey theme. 50 people entered the website at the same time and the CPU was running at an average of 30%.

Step 2: Then I deleted the Rey theme, installed the xstore marselle03 theme again. 5 people entered the website and the CPU was 100%. The site is very slow and collections are not opening.

This time it is clearly seen that the problem is in the theme. Could you please check it? If you figure out what the problem is and fix it, we will use xstore theme. If not resolved we will refund.

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. In your case menu items were imported 2 times, so go to Appearance > Menus and delete duplicated items.

I did and its working now! THANK YOU ROSE! I’m checking other settings now. I’m going to put 50 users on the site and test it. I hope the cpu works under 30%.

Hello,

About Menu, go to XStore > Import demos > select version to import, but do not do the full import, install menus only – https://prnt.sc/1ywploq
Then go to Appearance > Menus > edit Main menu or any other menu and delete duplicated items only – https://prnt.sc/1ywpr2b

– as we can see, you are using an additional plugin for variation swatches. Try to disable that plugin and use our variation swatches – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A , or disable our swatches and contact the support of the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce to get assistance.
