On 9th January my site started to opening far too long. I was asking my hosting provider, what may cause that. They said that my problem is made by high CPU usage using my WordPress or WordPress template.
My hosting provider advice me to ask you what errors may my website have.
So I get the processes what are making high CPU usage as a snapshots.
Could you look at the attachements and tell me what errors may be effect the high CPU usage ?

    Hello, Dotbros,

We appreciate you contacting us regarding your concerns about the performance of your website. We recognize the significance of ensuring that your site functions seamlessly and with optimal efficiency.

The issues you are experiencing may be attributed to several factors, including:
    1) A large number of products
    2) An extensive amount of tags, attributes, and brands
    3) The impact of third-party plugins (such as filters and attributes)
The greater the number of conditions and products, the more resources are required for filtering and searching.

Upon reviewing your website at https://www.d****os.com/, we have observed that the server response appears to be somewhat slow. Additionally, your site contains over 500 products and numerous categories, brands, and filters, as well as a third-party search feature – https://prnt.sc/bIJysbWSOB1Y

As a preliminary step, we recommend disabling all third-party plugins to check if this alleviates the loading issues. There is a possibility that this action could prove beneficial.

Furthermore, we advise that you update the following plugins as indicated here: https://prnt.sc/Ilnl2Q_eZOim

Regrettably, there is limited assistance we can provide from our end, as the complexity of conditions and the volume of products inherently demand more resources for filtering and searching.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Please take a look.
I have disabled ALL the plugins, just left WooCommerce plugin and your XStore plugin.
My CPU usage runs down to 114% from my limit 300%. Now the site should be silent, just 0% CPU usage when no one is visiting.

I have noticed that many of usage run down when I have disabled Elementor plugin – that’s something what was responsible for loooong page opening. It is not a fault of server response, server is responding quite fast. Take a look on a PING command.

So if we go back to Elementor plugin – it’s an element that you recommend with your template. Any more ideas ?

After my investigation I have noticed that the part of a CPU usage is made by huge traffic caused by AmazonBot.

Does you template support AmazonBots or making any allowance to AmazonBot indexing my site ?

Below is a part of my server log :

    Dear Dotbros Team,

We hope this message finds you well.

We’re writing to inform you that our development team has not implemented any specific codes or templates that would facilitate the crawling of our website by AmazonBot.

Should you wish to prevent AmazonBot from crawling your website, we kindly suggest that you add the following lines to your robots.txt file. If you encounter any difficulties in doing so, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance:

    User-Agent: Amazonbot
    Disallow: /

For additional guidance on this matter, please refer to the following article: https://workinnet.ru/en/how-to-block-the-amazonbot/.

Should you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team
