    Hello, Fernando,

Thank you for providing the log file. Based on our review, it appears that all the errors in the log are related to the “Essential Addons for Elementor” plugin. We kindly ask you to disable this plugin and check the issue again.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello Fernando,

Thank you for your message and for sharing the error log with us.

We’re very sorry to hear that the latest version has caused such a significant issue, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it.

To assist you further, please follow the steps below:

    1. Please download and use the updated archive we’ve provided, and run the test again.

    2. Before proceeding, ensure that you:
    – Clear your site cache.
    – Create a full backup of your website.

    3. We recommend conducting a 2-hour test session on the frontend as a non-logged-in customer to verify that everything is functioning correctly.

    4. After the frontend test, please pause for 1 hour, then log in and test the Elementor editor functionality. Please conduct another 2-hour test session to monitor performance.

    5. If the issue persists, please go to your plugins and temporarily disable the Elementor Essential Addons. These add-ons can consume a significant amount of CPU and memory resources, or the issue may be related to another plugin connected to Elementor.

    6. If disabling the add-ons does not help, please go to Elementor > Element Manager and scan for used widgets. Disable any unused widgets and test again.

    7. Additionally, before starting the testing process, please clear your error log file. This will help us accurately track any new issues that may arise during testing.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to resolve this matter.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Well, now everything’s completely downhill. Elementor isn’t working at all. When I go to edit, I get an error saying it’s doing too many redirects (it tells me to clear my cookies).
I’m breaking my mind, and the site in the process.
the image is when i try to see the website inside wordpress!

    Here the info!
Another thing I’ve noticed is that the xstore patcher doesn’t work. I apply the patches and after a while it gives me the option to reapply them, but they never apply.

    Hello Fernando,

We would like to inform you that we have identified and resolved the issue on your website. As a result, your website is now running more smoothly and efficiently.

However, we have noticed that your site is currently using either a server cache or a CDN (Content Delivery Network), which appears to be serving outdated content. Due to this, the frontend of your website may not be displaying correctly at the moment.

We kindly recommend clearing your server cache and/or CDN cache to ensure that the latest version of your website is visible to all users. Please note that when accessing your site via the WordPress Customizer, everything—including the “Add to Cart” functionality—works as expected, which confirms that the issue is cache-related.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you need any assistance with clearing the cache or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello Fernando,

    Thank you for reaching out.

After conducting an additional round of testing, we have identified that the issue on your website is related to the CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent plugin. This plugin appears to be blocking all website JavaScript, which may also be causing a conflict with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

Please take a look at how your website is performing: https://prnt.sc/ilT4Byd_A_PJ — achieving a 98+ score on Google.

When we temporarily disabled the CookieYes plugin, your website functioned correctly, confirming that the issue is likely related to either the CookieYes plugin, your CDN, or server-side caching.

Note that a more in-depth investigation into third-party plugin conflicts falls outside the scope of our support, as it involves external plugin functionality, in accordance with the Envato support policy.

We recommend reviewing the settings of the CookieYes plugin and checking your CDN or server cache configuration. Clearing the cache may also help resolve the issue.

We also kindly ask you to monitor your server’s CPU usage over the next 48 hours and let us know if you notice any unusual activity.

Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter. Should you need any assistance with clearing the cache or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
