HIGH CPU USAGE IN SERVER WITH XSTORE THEME

    Hello, I’d like your help with a problem I’m having on several sites.
    It’s the high CPU usage that comes with installing the theme.
    Elementor, the homepage, etc., becomes completely unusable.
    I’ve attached server screenshots of the constant CPU usage. I’ve already tried deactivating the theme, and this resolves the server HIGH CPU issue. Activating it completely returns the problem. I’m also attaching my WordPress login details.

    Thank you for providing access. We have made some adjustments that should slightly reduce the load on your website.

    The primary source of the load appears to be the simultaneous use of multiple builders – specifically, both the Customizer Single Product Builder and the Elementor Single Product Builder.

    To optimize performance, we recommend disabling the Customizer Single Product Builder and using only the Elementor Single Product Builder.

    In the image attach is after disable the customizer single product,
    and still the cpu is getting really high.
    I clean the cache and everything.

    The guys from the server just tell me the problem of the CPU can be this:
    Iam waiting they send more info or the logs.

    Guys i need a solution, my server is just broken a 99% cpu, and i cant do anything in my page.

    Hello, Fernando,

    Thank you for providing the error log. We have identified and resolved the issue related to the following error:

    “[19-May-2025 12:19:42 UTC] PHP Fatal Error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_is_mobile() in /home/qmhtygbx/public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/theme-functions.php:23”

    However, we are currently unable to connect to your server via FTP, as we are receiving the following message:

    “Response: 530 Login authentication failed”

    To address the issue, we have released Patch No. 94147513. This patch resolves the problem mentioned above. In order to apply it, please update your theme to version 9.4.14. Once the update is complete, you will be able to install the patch.

    Additionally, based on the log you provided, we have noticed that a significant amount of server load appears to be coming from the “complianz-gdpr-premium” plugin. We recommend temporarily disabling this plugin to see if it improves performance.

    Guys i really apreciate the effort.
    I send you the ftp in private
    Now. The cpu is still High between 45/90, but is more “stable”
    i ask now for any update from the server if any file is getting another error!

    The CPU is still High, is just crazy, i go down from 90-100% to 60-80% but still is crazy the usage
    When i disable xstore all come to normal.
    Iam just crying here
    What can i do?

    Hi there
    well the usage indeed is getting down but still the usage is now is between 40% and 60% in most case
    before the update it was between 50 and 70%
    the image below show the usage
    is improving for suree yes
    now i dont know what is the common usage average in general
    but when i open just the wordpress dashboard that get really high, and with elementor it just get 99%..

    iam going to delete log
    and install everything.
    Rigth Now the usage is really high between 40% and 80%
    iam always limited by the server in resources.
    The image attach is the usage in the weekend, is very ilustrative.
