High CPU & RAM Usage When Activating Theme And Plugins

Whenever I install the required and recommended plugins then install a demo template my CPU & RAM usage for my host jumps from about 0% to 40% and 0MB to 400MB+ which then crashes my site.

I’ve uninstalled everything including wordpress and rebuilt it all but still having the same problem. I noticed it usually occurs once I install the Rev Slider plugin. I have the latest theme update and the latest plugin updates.

My WP_Memory_Limit has been changed to 96MB. I’m not sure what else can be done to make it work properly.

Please help so I can get my site going.
