testing this theme out on a domain http://c1.brookscreativeco.com/ but i’m running into issues with the hide row function.

I created two sections with similar content and I want one row to show on mobile screens and one row to show on larger screens. I changed the settings in the row settings/effects screen, but no matter what I do, both sections still show.

The issue is apparent in chrome and firefox.

    Any advice?

    Hello,

Could you please clarify with more details what row must show on mobile screens and other row to show on larger screens and show us screenshots?
Also please provide us with link to the page and wp-admin access in Private Content.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

on the home page – the first row below the slider with the left justified text is set to only show on desktop. The row below it with duplicate, center justified text is set to only show on mobile. I have provided access credentials in the private content section for you to investigate further.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

“Hide row” option isn’t working with default WordPress theme too, so the problem is related to the VC plugin itself.
You can refer to WPBakery forums or find some suggestions from the comments on their site.

    Sorry for inconveniences.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I appreciate you testing out the issue.

Since VC comes bundled with your theme and essentially creates the foundation for the Royal theme, its unfortunate that it is the basis for many recent complaints on this forum.
