    Enable hidden top panel and Use right side panel is ON in THEME OPTIONS
    WIDGET AREA –
    hidden widget top panel is demo text html
    right widget side panel is demo text html

    site dont work hidden and right panel

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    What are you trying to achieve?
    Maybe provide screenshot for our better understanding and highlight what exactly you want.
