Hero Image Not Displaying Full Height on Mobile

I’m experiencing an issue with the hero section on my website. The hero image is not displaying at full height on mobile devices, even though it appears correctly on desktop.

I’ve checked the section and height settings, but I’m unable to identify what’s preventing the hero image from filling the full mobile screen height.

Could you please advise on how to fix this or let me know if there are specific theme or mobile settings I should adjust?

Hello @anoop,

We have checked several of our mobile devices, and the home page section on your web-site are displayed correctly with full height. However, based on your screenshot, it appears that you are using an iPhone model with a bottom line, which might be causing the issue on your device.

We recommend checking the homepage section on other devices and browsers. You may also compare it with other websites that feature full-height sections to see if they display correctly on your device.

Additionally, it seems it is a bug in iphone devices that ignores 100vh for sections: https://www.reddit.com/r/css/comments/1ogmjt5/is_there_any_word_from_apple_about_the_ios26/ and if so, it means the issue is not related to our theme but rather to a device that ignores such setting.

Hi Jack, I’m using an Android phone and tested this on a couple of devices, all of which show a similar issue. However, the behavior varies depending on the browser. I’ll continue troubleshooting on my side and will close this thread for now
