Hello, I want to add reviews for each product. I do not see where I can add different fake reviews for each product. When I try to add reviews, it says locked. I also only want to add the review not the ability to add review with text and images. We may want to add that feature in the future.

Thank you. I had looked at that but it is too cumbersome. We would like to how to add simple ratings i.e. this product has one review but we see others without any reviews. how did it get there? there is a link but it does not go anywhere. can we add additional ratings/reviews through the admin? here is a screenshot. https://tinyurl.com/2a27ht5h

we went live with a new domain name http://www.neuvian.com here is a product page https://neuvian.com/product/b5-precision-hydration-serum-2-2/ the product carousel displays properly in elementor but not when viewing live. I have clicked various products and they show the same issue.

I am sorry. it is further down the page. “Complete the regimen” could it be a caching issue. you can see from product to product the carousel changes. sometimes all products show other times only one shows and the arrows do not work to see other products. very odd. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/44534909?key=1c21bf4c486092ed1bb168f8ddda51da

Hello @Dgdesign,

The issue you are experiencing may be related to the SiteGround caching currently active on your website (https://prnt.sc/A4MuCQwY3Dvp). We recommend temporarily disabling this caching to check whether the problem persists. Alternatively, you may review the JavaScript delay settings in your caching plugin and temporarily disable that option for testing purposes.

From our observations, the products displayed in the carousel (including those that show only one product) are loading multiple items. It appears that the carousel initialization script is not being executed correctly. However, when the browser window is resized (you can resize the window and check), the carousel refreshes and functions as expected. This behavior suggests that the issue may be connected to a JavaScript delay feature.

We kindly suggest reviewing the above settings to verify if this resolves the problem.
