    Hi,
I made a website with your template. Now, I have to transfer it in the server of my customer. So, I imported all the contents and upload Royal via FTP in theme folder.
The problem is wordpress: it don’t show me the theme in the list of the theme available. I cannot activate Royal as a default theme.
I tried to re-upload the theme, I reset wordpress, I created a new installation but nothing change.

Have you an idea what it happend? I know is not the theme..

    Hello,

Seems you provided us with wrong FTP credentials.
In the directory /site/wwwroot/wp-content/plugins there is only one plugin installed – akismet.
Though in admin panel of the site you provided 3 plugins are installed.
Please check the FTP login details.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

This is the same FTP host as you provided in the previous post.
Please check if FTP user is correct and if this FTP account was created for the site you’re uploading our theme to.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I have only this password to access to this server.
Do you think is possible that the database is not connected to the same wordpress I see online?
Like if there were two installations?

    Hello,

Seems there are two installations because that FTP account doesn’t match with the site you provided.

Please check database and the connection details in wp-config.php file. Is that FTP account related to the mentioned site?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Solve it!
I have no access to the phpmyadmin of my customer, so I suggested to control the database and the website url. So, it gave me a database where there was a previous installation of wordpress and it didn’t change the site url. -__-
One day lost for this stupid inconvenience hmmm
