How can I get the stars to appear on products and also get product reviews listed on product pages?

Hello,

Go to Products > allow Comments http://prntscr.com/qmj1gu
Select Reviews Position in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Tabs.

Thank you. What is the best way with this feature to email customers to get a review? Do you have to do this manually?

Sorry, let me try again. Once I activate the reviews. What is the best way to ask a customer to review that product? Because is this an app we are using or a built-in function of XSTORE? I know if it is an app they you can set up emails to send this out for you.

Product review is the default WooCommerce option, so check the WooCommerce forum to get the answer to this question https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Our theme does not have any extra options for this.
