Help Needed – Setting up Variable Product in XStore as a New User

    Hi Support Team,

    I’m brand new to XStore and currently setting up a variable product for my shop. I’ve been following the demo video, but I’m struggling with a few minor changes and would really appreciate some guidance.

    Here’s what I’m trying to do:

    1) Relocate the wishlist and compare icons to appear below the “Add to Cart” button.

    2) Remove the SKU completely from the product page (I’m fine with it still showing on the cart page).

    3) Remove product tags completely from the product page.

    4) Currently, I just copied an existing product (duplicated) and was trying my changes. Looks like, once i do so – somehow without any reason the text in description gets messed up?

    If anyone could point me in the right direction or share steps/CSS snippets to achieve this, it would mean a lot.

    Dear @K.Sid,

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Thanks for the prompt response and i really look forward to you addressing my issues per the bullet points and how to do those in the future myself. As requested, I’ve setup administrator credentials on the wordpress site below.

    Regarding the other issues, it appears that they may have already been resolved on your end—could you kindly confirm?

    Additionally, we were unable to identify any styling issues with the product description. If the issue persists, would you be so kind as to provide a specific product URL so we can investigate further?

    Thank you for promptly actioning the repositioning of the Wishlist and Compare icons below the “Add to Cart” form — much appreciated.

    The other issues I was facing, I’ve managed to resolve on my own.

    However, I’ve noticed something unusual. Based on the screenshot attached, I first created a product and set it up exactly as I wanted it to look. I then duplicated it and updated the details for another product to save time. Despite this, the bottom section (which I believe should be global across all products) is not appearing on the following page:

    Could you please investigate why this section isn’t displaying on that product page?

    Dear @K.Sid,

    We believe the issue may have been due to the product being in Draft status.

    We have attempted to publish it, and the other sections now appear to be displaying correctly: https://store.nerdbit.nz/product/korulink/.

    Kindly ensure that you clear all SiteGround cache after making any edits to the products to reflect the changes properly.
