  Hello,

  We don’t have the option to enabled Maintenance mode. Use plugin for these purposes.

  https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode/
  https://wordpress.org/plugins/coming-soon-page/

  Theme has only option to import the Coming soon page and set it as the home page. Go to XStore > Import demos > choose the coming soon page and import it. Go to Settings > Reading > set as the front page.
