Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We’re glad to hear that you’ve successfully installed both the main and child themes along with the required plugins. To proceed, please activate the child theme. The child theme is designed to allow you to make customizations without affecting the main theme’s core files, ensuring that your changes are preserved during future updates.
Once the child theme is activated, you can begin making your modifications there.
If you need any further assistance, feel free to let us know — we’re here to help.

Hi, thank you very much for your reply.
So I do all modifications and everything from this point and from after going live as well in the child theme. I don’t touch the main theme, and I don’t activate it in WordPress. Is that correct?
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Yes, that is correct. All modifications and customizations should be made within the child theme. You do not need to make any changes to the main (parent) theme, nor do you need to activate it in WordPress. The child theme will inherit the functionality and styling of the parent theme while allowing you to safely apply your own changes without affecting the original theme files.
If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.

Hi guys,
Thank you for the swift reply. Unfortunately, I’m still having problems with this. When I try to make changes on the child theme, they are not reflected on the main theme or on the front end. Is there an issue with the template, or am I doing something wrong?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

I have done a new installation, and all the edits are being done either via Elementor or the WordPress. So I’m not seeing the trial store separately anymore. My question is, why certain elements cannot be edited via the WordPress or the XStore but certain elements can be edited via Elementor? What is the difference between the two?
Hello,
We appreciate your question regarding the editing experience in your new installation. The difference you are noticing between editing via WordPress/XStore and Elementor is due to how each platform handles content and layout customization.
Elementor is a page builder that allows for advanced design and layout control on a per-page basis. It provides a visual, drag-and-drop interface, which is ideal for editing specific elements such as sections, columns, widgets, and other design components directly on the page.
On the other hand, the WordPress Customizer and XStore theme options are primarily used for global settings and theme-wide configurations. These include header and footer layouts, typography, color schemes, and other general settings that apply across your entire website.
Some elements are built and managed using Elementor for greater flexibility and design control, while others are controlled through the theme options to maintain consistency and performance across the site.
If you are unable to edit certain elements via Elementor, it may be because those elements are part of the theme’s global settings or are managed through widgets, menus, or other WordPress-native features.
We hope this clarifies the difference. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance with specific

That’s great, thank you very much for your answer. I have a couple of issues with editing my theme:
1. When I edit through Elementor, it’s always loading and loading on the left menu. Please see the screenshot.
If you look at the left of the screenshot, you can see the circle that is always loading. No matter what I do, it’s always loading. And there just doesn’t seem to be a way to get out of it. Any help or assistance you can give us would be helpful?

Hello,
Thank you very much for your prompt response and for providing the username and login details.
BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information, please use the Private Content area.
We’ve edited your message and moved the temporary access into the Private Content area.
We have logged in and checked the WooCommerce plugin logs. The results confirmed our assumption — there is indeed an issue that needs to be resolved. Here is the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mT7zypzUdRx l. Most likely, after fixing the memory issue, editing pages with Elementor will work properly.
To resolve the problem shown in the screenshot, the simplest way is to contact your hosting provider and show them the screenshot we provided. They will know what to do, as this is a server-side issue and is not related to the theme.
If, for any reason, your hosting provider does not respond, you can try to fix the issue yourself by following the instructions in this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
We wish you success. Don’t worry — such memory issues sometimes occur, and although they are not related to our theme, you can easily resolve them by following the instructions we have provided.

is there a permanent fix?
Hello,
Yes, there is a permanent solution. Please contact your hosting provider, as was mentioned, or follow the steps described here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/ — this should resolve the issue completely.

Hi, I have gone to try this now, and it’s still giving me the same error. It’s not loading. See that screenshot.
