Hello. I bought your theme because I found it very flexible to modify and because it offers integration with multi-vendor plugins. Really one of the best. There are several aspects to improve, but we’ll leave that for later.

The problem I have right now is that I need a layout for a multi-vendor store. Select one of the default layouts and with the WCFM plugin I can add the corresponding fields to the chat button, store information, brands, etc. By using enough css you can make them look quite good. Then I decided to make a layout with your theme builder and all information related to the WCFM Marketplace plugin disappears.

I bought this theme and 4 others because they all claimed to support multi-vendor plugins, but it seems that they do not.

How should you place the information about the stores provided by WCFM on the single shop page?

Should I have used the multi-seller demo?

I would like to make it clear that I do not use any.

When talking about compatibility with a multi-seller plug-in, shouldn’t you consider the functions and information that the plug-in (WCFM) brings to the main sales layout (single shop page)?

I am waiting for an answer. Sorry, but after a year of testing multi-vendor themes, I feel frustrated and exhausted. I would appreciate your help.

    Hello,

Our theme supports the mentioned multivendor plugin but theme does not include the special elements for the single product builder to display multivendor info because our theme supports a lot of multivendor plugins and we can’t add special elements for all the existing multivendor plugins.

Could you, please, provide us with link to your site, temporary Dashboard and FTP access and tell us where and what vendor information would you like to display on the single product? We’ll try to help you to show it using the shortcodes and HTML block element of the single product builder.

    Regards

    thanks for the quick response.

I managed to solve the problem that the custom layout did not show the vendor’s store name.

1). is there a way to display the heart icon of the “add to favorites” link and the “compare” icon in some corner of the main photo on the single product page?
on the 14-inch screens of a notebook, all the product information is far below and I’m trying to save space.

2). I can’t find a way to show the available colors and sizes of a product through swatches, without having to publish a variable product. Doesn’t it exist?
I also have the problem on the shop page that the alignment is easily lost. I had to remove the swatches and other information so that the product information cards would be aligned.

I wanted to show you a page that found a good solution for this problem. Notice how the information changes when you hover your cursor over it. Here’s the link.

    Hello,

    1) If you use the single product builder – yes. You can add the wishlist element and the compare elements before the product gallery element + simple custom CSS to show it over the image.

    2) If your product has the colors and you want to show them using variation swatches it should be the variable product. In other case, you can show it only like text information in the Additional Information tab.

    3) You may create the feature request here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ about the creation of such hover effect.

    Hello,

    1) Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site? We’ll help you to implement that.

Thank you very much for trying to solve my problem.
After making the notebook layout look very close to what I wanted, I realized that in the mobile version it looks very bad. so I’m going to change the approach.

    questions:

1- the “default01” demo for elementor, shows in the link “shop” (new), many configuration options. these options are prearranged for that particular demo or you can achieve the same that it shows in any other demo.

2- when you want to modify options with the single product builder having selected the “cell phone” icon, the spacing changes I make are also reflected in the computer layout. This is normal?. I thought they would work independently.

    3. For the design to be responsive, you should stop using the single product builder? My intention is to show a general layout and a more specific one for categories like “fashion” or “shoes”, which generally need to show other type of information and picture size. My site works as a catalog with the information of each seller.

4- What would be your advice considering that I have to create a multi-seller site
with categories as diverse as “Bazaar” and “electronics or fashion”?
work directly with elementor and some plugins like “crocoblocks”?
select some xstore demo and make only small changes?
I prefer to listen to your advice before starting again.

    Thanks for your patience!

    Hello,

    1) We created an example of the layouts that you can implement using theme options, for example, to disable the sidebar go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > disable the sidebar. To change the product hover effect go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product styles > choose the hover effects you like. No matter what demo version you imported, all these settings available all the time.

    2) We don’t have individual settings for the mobile version for the Single product builder.

    3) Blocks of the single product builder will be stretched to 100% width on the mobile devices and displayed one by one. So, everything depends on the layout you want to implement for the desktop version. You need to choose the optimal combination to make it look good for both desktop and mobile.

    4) If you want to create the multivendor site you need to choose the multivendor plugin first.
After that everything depends on the design you want to implement. If you already have the mockup and we don’t have any demo similar to this then you need to start from scratch, if you don’t have mockup you can import demo that will suit your needs most of all and change the texts, products etc. If the default Elementor elements and XStore elements for the Elementor are not enough for you to create the site you need then you may look for additional Addons for the Elementor.

    Hello,

    1) Provide us with link to that page. We need to inspect the elements.
    2) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Choose this layout type http://prntscr.com/w3b1hg
