Hello! I tried installing on the server yesterday and had a lot of problems.
1. Unable to import.
2. It succeeded later, but my web page is very, very slow, click any edit, it will get stuck.
3. I initiated a refund, now that I have deleted the theme, if you can help me complete the installation on the server and make it smooth, I choose to use it instead of refunding.

Your hosting provider should be able to solve it, so just contact their support.
If this can’t be resolved, it would be better to change the hosting provider.
If you can’t do it, reply to your refund request, and we will confirm it. There is not our theme’s fault, so we hope you will select our theme for your other projects.
