Hello My xstore web site is running very very slow. Even I did not enter any products. I read all support items with my issue, and almost done everything to speed up my site. Also I checked my hosting speed. But no chanse. To make a small change in my theme, I should wait for 30 second at least. I m eating my b

We would recommend you ask your hosting provider about assistance, because such slow speed in WP dashboard can’t be caused by our theme.

We face 500 Internal server error on your site – “Request Timeout. This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.”

If your hosting provider can’t help you, we would recommend you change hosting or we are ready to give you a refund – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
We do not see problems from our theme side, but we understand that with such a low speed in the Dashboard, you can’t work on the site.
