Header Will not change and don't flip the product image!

I bought the wordpress theme estore, after installing the demo data, presents two problems: it does not work flip the image and not the sect head! how can I fix it? thanks

Hello,
Thank you for using our theme.
1) Firstly check if you have uploaded Hover image for your product (Products > edit your product > Hover Image). Check also if you selected swap effect in Theme options > Product Page Layout > Product Image Hover > Swap.
2) What do you mean “not the sect head”. Can not you change header type in Theme Options > Header?
Provide admin panel access in Private Content, we’ll check.

Good evening, i have tested the theme in localhost, just uploaded the online site I can tell you the access data to the control panel. I loaded the demo images and the image effect not working
