  Hi … I am on my staging site testing the Header Templates and urgently need your help. When I select any of the pre-built templates, even after publishing the front end of the website does not change. Please can you help. I have put the login details in the private area.

  Process followed :
  1. Go to XStore > Theme Options
  2. Select Header Templates link
  3. Then Selected Header Template 4

  But the front end looks entirely different

  So, what exactly is not suitable for you?

  I had to play around a lot before it started working and I really do not know what I did. But just to give you an example, I changed the header from no. 4 to no. 5 .. ie with a black background and the front end has still not changed

  In some cases, even though the preview might show that it has changed, but the front end does not change at all

  User credentials in the previous Private Content area … I am desperate to get this resolved

  Hello,

  Try now. We made some improvements. Before it imported only header structure, not styles.
  If you need to change the header bg color and text color you can easy to do this using header section options https://prnt.sc/1mbg2sn

  Hi. I do not see the changes on the front end. Have you checked if it worked after you made changes? I find that switching between the headers ie. 4 to 5 or 5 to 4 does not work even after making the changes manually as you show in the screenshot at your end

  Hello,

  Because you use CDN cache and all the styles are cached https://prnt.sc/1mcvv01
  Disable CDN if your site is under development or enable Dev mode in CDN settings.
