Header Sticky problem - by filmguerilla - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Sorry, had to make a new thread for this because 2 of my XSTORE sites are having the same problem. Can you guys check this? I’ve been trying to fix it with the settings but to no avail. Hahaha spent hours already.

After changing the logo on the new site. The problem show. Same as the old site i’m working on.

This problem doesn’t occur if I’m not logged in.

Please let me know how to fix it asap! Thanks

This one is good. When you scroll the page. you get this.

This is when a user is logged in with the admin top bar.

With the new site and install. It was working well (Even if you are logged in)I need to change the logo for client request after that i got the same problem with scrolling.. Same problem with onthecornermanila hahaha

I’ve spent a lot of time fixing this header for the two sites. I’ve done almost everything. Even changing the size of the logo itself. 🙁

I made this thread to make it easier to track. This problem was still occuring in my sites i’m working. Was this fixed in the new update?

What i don;t get is why i need to puty another line of code just to fix this problem in the sticky header? Should it be fixed in your theme right?

I will try the code you posted if this doesn’t work with the sites what should i do?

Hello,

We can’t include that solution to our update because it may vary depending on the design and structure of the clients’ site. So, it’s not a universal solution. Please, try to code first, clear the cache and then let me know.
Actually, I have already added the code to the http://onthecornermanila.com/dev2/ as I mentioned in the previous topic. I don’t see mentioned issue with the sticky header on that site if you are logged in.

Olga, i added it to showcase carpet it works! But i’m curious about how the sticky works. some of your demos when scrolling up the header is hidden. Then if you scroll down the sticky will show up again. I would like to have that kind of header for both sites. is it possible in the settings?

Hello,

Yes, that’s possible, go to Theme Options > Header builder > Sticky header > choose the smart type of the sticky header.
