Header section on mobile is giving me problem

hello you can see in the header section in mobile view
i want to change the font colour of menu and icons its looking very dull i want to set menu section on the left side of the website. and yes the main problem is when i scroll down on mobile view the sticky headr content menu section and the right side of icons are fedding out please tell me how to fix this.

and i nedd your suggestion or help i want to show the animation full mobile screen when someone open th website and when the scroll down we cann see the other content
i will give you the refrence screenshot.can you please tell with the current theme si it achievable
