Hello!

I can’t seem to get the header working as it should in the demo. It does not display transparently as indicated in the theme options.

Lastly, I would like to change the title of these tabs and remove one if possible. Not sure how?

To modify tabs please refer to Woocommerce documentation:
https://docs.woothemes.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/

Concerning the header please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

As I see you selected the 4th header type in Theme Options > Header, there is no transparency. You need activate header type 2 or 3.
You can change breadcrumbs image in Theme Options > Color Scheme > Breadcrumbs background.

Yes! I did that because I was not able to flip through the menu without moving to the 4th. I will activate the header type 2 or 3 and please have a look.

Hello,

The problem is revolution slider isn’t visible.
Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Your content will be saved.
But we always recommend create back up of files and database before starting update process!

Hi! The update seems to work, but it does not stay clear over the image but rather as it’s own container. Can you verify? Also, when scrolling down, the menu alignment changes. Not sure what is causing this?

Hello,

Transparent header will work only if you create a slider in Revolution Slider settings and select it in Page editor in “Show revolution slider instead of breadcrumbs and page title” section on the right side.

Also as I see you haven’t updated Revolution Slider plugin.

Hey guys,

Want to thank you again for all the critical support. We’ve updated both the theme + plugins but now are unable to edit any of the slides. Perhaps a conflict with another plugin? Thoughts?

sorry for delay with answer. We have tried to edit slider “#28 parallax” and everything worked correct. Do you still have problems with editing slides?
