Header problems - by balirina - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello dear team,

    I have a problem with the header (sticky/smart). When I scroll down at first the header background is transparent and then it becomes white. When it is transparent the logo overlaps with the picture from the slider and that looks ugly. How can I achieve that this transparency doesn’t happen?

    Have you made any changes in the theme files?
    Please provide us with FTP credentials.

    No changes to the theme files. Just installed it recently and have a child theme activated.

    Hello,

    The problem was you set Header Background option to Transparent in Theme Options > Styling > Content. I’ve unchecked this option. Please clear browser cache and check fixed header now.
