Header problem and site updating problem

1. On alot of browsers my content is still showing as the demo content and does not update when I make changes to the website

2. The Header of my website goes behind alot of the content even though I have the Z index set to 9999

You need to edit custom header via Multiple headers, for example – https://prnt.sc/W-enxDT1f5cz

2/ It is because the header overlap option is activated for one of your headers. This option can be deactivated via Header Builder > Header Overlap & Transparent > Header Overlap > Off.
