Header on desktop and mobile is not showing properly

Hi there

I have these 2 issues with the header

1. at the desktop version, the menu appears as burger menu
2. at the mobile version the menu does not appear as the burger menu

Please advice

Theme Options > Speed optimization > Disable Gutenberg Styles > Off.

If this doesn’t help, please provide the URL and temporary wp-admin access.
