Hi, My header is not changing. I tried deactivating the plugins and all and also turning it off in speed optimization, but there was no effect.

I see the changes from the admin are but not reflecting in the live website.

    Hello, trendy,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1) In order to solve your issue,Please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization and set Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources to Off.

Additionally, go to Elementor > Tools and click on Regenerate CSS & Data.

Clear cache and check the result.

    2) We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching or cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

To deactivate the CDN on your site, we recommend that you contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to flush the complete CDN and server cache and disable the CDN for your website until you are in the development process.

If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

If the issue persists, please unblock your website for Pakistan and provide us with valid and working WordPress admin login details so that we can investigate the issue and provide assistance. https://imgur.com/Gh516RL

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, trendy,

We have conducted an investigation and determined that the issue you are experiencing is due to the CDN being enabled on your site. Please refer to the attached image for further reference: https://postimg.cc/47bZ5c2G

We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

    Best Regards,
