Header NO changes - by GC - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello, I’ve set up a new website with XStore but I can’t really sort out an header issue I’m facing to, in fact I can’t make any changes to the header and there is no header to show, no menu, just a blue background with name of website.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Theme Options > Header builder > edit the header, or provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
