Header keeps dropping its responsive on mobile

The header keeps dropping its responsiveness on mobile. Works some times and others it breaks, and some other times I see the mobile menu on desktop?? Please help.

What cache plugin do you use? Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the settings that you use?

I use lite speed cache
