    Hello,

    I cannot edit the HTML blocks 2 and 3… and cannot add a link in the code, it is not clickable.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then. Let us know the result.
    Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access https://prnt.sc/wdi321 , so we can take a closer look.

    I tried disabling the plugins but that didn’t help the problem.
