Header Color in Theme not showing on pages and blogs

Hi

How do I change the color behind the menu items so it appears on all pages and posts?

So I have set it in Theme – Header Styles – Header background and selected and color and saved it.

Controls the header background to red but it is not appearing in all my pages unless I explicitly set it in my page settings.

But if I do that how do I set it for Blog posts?

I have cleared server and browser cache.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

I solved it browser cache was not clear correctly.
