    Hello,

I use multiple headers for my site: default header for all site pages except the main page and another one for the main page.

I would like to add a Newsletter component for both headers: default and second for main page. At first I have added it for default header with no problem and then when I go Multiple Headers-Homepage Header-Edit-Edit Desktop, add Newsletter to Top Header and go Multiple Headers-Save there is nothing happens and changes are not saved.
So I have Newsletter for all site pages except the main page.
I tried it mani times but no effect. How to resolve it?

It is especially interesting that I did the same actions a week ago and everything worked well.

    Regards,

    Hello,

Try to temporarily disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how the header works then.
If your site is live, it would be better to do tests on a staging/dev site (a full copy of the existing site). You can turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

    Hello,

Unfortunately it is impossible for me to disable all plugins as I initially chose WordPress as site CMS just because of the huge variety of various plugins.

Is it possible for you to help me and tell which plug-in is preventing the multiple headers feature from working correctly?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Check now. Seems it was some glitch with the multiple headers.

    Dear Olga,

Thank you very much for your help. Yes, a Newsletter and Top Header-Contacts began to display correctly yesterday. But there is an another glitch with the multiple headers – on Mobile.

I have a Promo Text element on mobile bottom header and set it as full-width header in the header builder-mobile-bottom header menu: https://prnt.sc/qvni4d , but this does not happen and this setting reset to not full-width header – https://prnt.sc/qvne20 . I tried to switch it on/off many times but no result.

The second one is the menu icon on header builder-multiple headers-home page header (this header is for the main page only)-mobile header: the menu icon is not shown just after main page load and appears after page scrolling only (sticky menu) https://prnt.sc/qvnqpw .

Both of these problems were definitely not there before, and I have not changed any settings since then.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    1) Promo element has default paddings and margins and the same time you set bg color for the bottom header row to white, that’s why you had the white space at the right and left. I changed it to #dc5958 and everything is ok.

    2) Text color for the main mobile header was white. I changed it to black.
