  Try to play with header builder and is infinite loading.
  Dont know if its since last wordpress update or last theme update..

  Hello,

  Reupload builder.min.js https://dropmefiles.com/19Iwk into plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/builder/js folder via FTP. Clear cache and check then.
