Hi,
The header (mobile) animation starts instant on a page when loading. It supposed to happen when scrolling. How can I fix this?
Screenshot one is how it supposed to be.
Screenshot two is how it is when landing on a page.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please test how this works in different browsers and let us know the results.

Tested in Chrome on mobile. Same issue and one new sticky issue.
Hello @Luc,
As you are using the WP Rocket cache plugin, we have adjusted the settings by excluding the logo image class from lazy loading. This change prevents the header from jumping and the sticky effect from being triggered unnecessarily. You can see the update here: https://prnt.sc/-K1TaZIbUUxy.
We have tested the site on our devices, and the header now displays correctly. Please check it on your side as well.
Additionally, we can assist you in modifying the header with an alternative sticky effect on mobile devices to avoid similar issues, should they still appear for you or your customers due to caching or other factors. If you would like our assistance, we will be happy to help.

Hi Jack,
Thanks for the quick reply!
I still see the frosted sticky effect on loading on mobile.
Hello @luc,
We would like to know your opinion on our suggestion to modify the sticky header by applying a different effect on mobile devices, as it . If you approve, we will proceed with implementing this functionality.

Hi Jack,
Sorry for the late reply. As long as it looks and functions the same, it’s okay.
Hello @luc,
Could you please confirm whether the current setup meets your requirements, or would you like us to implement specific adjustments for certain devices?

Hi Jack,
Excuse me for the late reply.
I still see the frosted effect on page loading. After I scroll a bit to the top this goes away.
I like it to start like it is not frosted. Then after scrolling it gets frosted.

Sure here is a video. This was always the issue. It is an xstore template I used.
BTW, sometimes the website is very slow as you can see. We are running on a serious VPS.
Hello @luc,
Thank you for your video. Please provide us with the correct wp-admin access in the private area, as it appears that the previously provided credentials have been modified and we are unable to log in.

Hello @luc,
After a thorough analysis of the issue, we found that the header sometimes displays correctly but shows a one‑second white background before disappearing. It is possible that one of the plugins installed on your website contains a script that triggers window scrolling for its own purposes. When this occurs, other elements, including the header area, are also affected.
As a temporary workaround to prevent the sticky header from glitching, we have applied a different type of sticky header on your website with the following configuration: https://prnt.sc/Qgud0D48QQSU. After testing on mobile devices, we did not observe the issue you previously mentioned with these settings.
Could you please provide us with your feedback on whether this solution works well for you?
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
