    We are having a hard time with this them, wont except the license the plugins keep on wanting to update and the support seams to be quite frankly useless.

    Hello,

    You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
    enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
    After you can update them via FTP in wp-content/plugins.

    We downloaded all the plugins but the licence number we have won’t work.

    Hello,

    Are you trying to import the license of the theme to plugins or you bought plugins directly from the authors?
    Please clarify what exactly you’re doing.

    I purchased the Theme, downloaded the Rose dummy and activated the Visual Composer then thought I made a mistake and downloaded the dummy again. Now when I try to put in the license it says that the License key is not valid. No I did not buy the plugin from the authors , it came with the theme.

    Theme was purchased via Envato

    PS A valid license key qualifies you for support and enables automatic updates. A license key may only be used for one Visual Composer installation on one WordPress site at a time. If you previously activated your license key on another site, then you should deactivate it first or obtain new license key. Have no idea how to deactivate and then to reactivate?

    Hello,

    All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. The plugins can be downloaded from this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    Hi Eva,

    This is not the issue the issue is that we can edit pictures or use the Visual compose. I understand that when we purchased the theme that al the other plugins are pat of the theme, we just don’t seem to get the theme registered and the documentation is not really helping us.

    we are nit sure we don’t exactly know where to put the details in, brainstorm, visual composer maybe you can just tell us then we can see if we are messing up
