Having issue with receiving emails from the website

Hi greetings, please I am having an issue with receiving emails from my website, as I can not receive any emails from the website, and I have already contacted my hosting provider, but everything is pointing fine on the server. Can you please check it out for me

We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with receiving emails from your website. Since you have already checked with your hosting provider and the server appears to be functioning correctly.

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Hi,

I can’t access my website dashboard, and when I try to log in as an administrator, it only logs me in as a customer. How can I fix this issue
