Have trouble with updating included plugins

    I’m receiving this error “Fatal error: Class ‘TGM_Bulk_Installer’ not found in /home/yippymom/staging/2/wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/plugins/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1784” when trying to install these two plugins:
    Ultimate addons for Visual Composer
    Screets Chat

    And updating these two plugins keeps erroring also:
    Master Slider Pro – An error occurred while updating Master Slider Pro: Update package not available.
    WPBakery Visual Composer – An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.

    have you tried to update these plugins via FTP? Please try.
    In case this will not help – provide us with FTP credentials for your site in private content.

    For Screets Chat I deleted the entire folder from my FTP and reinstalled it via the WordPress admin using the zip file I downloaded from the download plugins page here. but i couldn’t find folders for “Ultimate addons for Visual Composer” or “WPBakery Visual Composer” in my file manager “plugins” folder.

    I did find “Master Slider Pro” folder, but I don’t have a zip file to replace it with. I couldn’t find anything to download for this plugin in the download plugins page.

    I’m not sure if the plugin updated? I received this message when trying to update the WPBakery Visual Composer: “Updating Plugin WPBakery Visual Composer (2/2)
    An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?”

    Ultimate VC Addons and Master Slider seem ok now. No messages to update/install either one.

    I received a message to install Screets Chat so I tried that and received this error message:
    The plugin does not have a valid header.
    Downloading install package from…..
    Download failed. Not Found

    I’m also receiving a message to validate the Contact Form configuration.

    Hello,

    Please try to update plugins via FTP. Download the archive here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ , extract it and overwrite the folder in wp-content/plugins directory.

    Ok. between Eva uploading the files via FTP and my attempts at loading the files via FTP, none of them worked. So…. i went ahead and purchased a license for WPBakery Visual Composer. I then uploaded the files they gave me via FTP. That seemed to solve the issue. The system isn’t asking me to update it anymore.

    I am thinking this is the solution to the Screets Chat plugin issue as well. It just won’t install even after uploading the files via FTP to replace the old folder. Can you confirm that the Screets Chat plugin is “live chat plugin” by Screets? http://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-live-chat-plugin/3952877?s_rank=1

    Yeah i saw that too. But then in the updates/required plugin area, it still says i need to install it b/c it’s a recommended plugin so I’m confused. see screenshots.
