Had registered theme on one wordpress site which never went live, need to reuse it for another site

    Had registered theme on one wordpress site which never went live, need to reuse it for another site. My old wordpress theme was wipes out due to some laptop issue and not able to deactivate it. Please help.

    Am create a new website utilizing the theme which was purchased.
