Guys, this is really getting frustrating that, once again, cannot change font or text size.

Guys, it is getting frustrating that, once again, I cannot change font or text size. I did exactly what you asked me to do and my hosting agent fixed it once. This has to be a bug on your end. I have deactivated plugins and went to hosting, and it worked one time.

Hello, jhawker81,

We have added a new Heading element and configured its settings anew. It appears that the previous element was experiencing issues, possibly related to the global typography settings.

If this is the case, it may be advisable to continue adding new elements and configuring them accordingly, or to reach out to Elementor support, as this pertains to their default element.

Rose, you and I have been going back and forth on this same issue for weeks. Surely you know the problem with changing my font style and font size. it works sometimes but mostly does not work on different pages.

Rose, this is from elementor:
My apologies but Elementor did not develop that theme, as the only theme authored by Elementor is Hello Theme. This is managed by third-party and if the issue only happens when their theme is activated, we do not have control over it and fixing the issue caused by their theme is outside our scope already.

Regarding the matter of changing the font style and size, our recommended solution is as follows: please remove the element for which the settings are not functioning correctly and then add a new, identical element. Once added, proceed to configure it accordingly.

Upon review, we have not identified any issues stemming from the theme itself—that is, within the scope of what we can influence. Other clients have not reported the same problem you are experiencing. Unfortunately, it appears that a glitch has occurred on your site, which has resulted in the malfunction of the Elementor settings. While the exact cause of the glitch is uncertain and beyond our control, we advise you to re-add the elements as previously instructed. At present, we do not have an alternative solution.

We revisited your explanation as we initially thought you were referring to a different issue, given that we had already provided a response to this particular concern.

We sincerely regret any dissatisfaction with our response. Please be assured that we have thoroughly investigated the matter and have not found any other viable solution, nor have we identified any issues caused by our theme.

Can you please tell me how to change global fonts? The theme options show your default font, but when I add a primary, it is a different font than what is shown in the theme options.
