    H,

    as I told you in this topic https://www.8theme.com/topic/gravity-form-not-working/ I’m in trouble with Gravity Form. You told me that the issue is by Gravity’s side, so I asked them to check and they told me :

    I’m afraid that error is coming from the WooThemes developed add-on, I’m afraid you would need to contact their support team for assistance with this issue

    could you please double check? nd let me know.

    thank you

    kind regards
    Paolo

    Hello,

    I’ve added this code in custom.css file:

    .single-product-page .images {
        visibility: visible;
    }

    Now the image is shown, but your original image has a lot of white space at the top and at the bottom, that’s why it’s shown such way.
    Try to reupload it using full-sized image.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

    the size of te image is not a problem, see any other article (http://www.trulyprettyprintables.com/product/printable-birthday-invitation-t1/) for example so please remove the code you add on custom.css, thank you.

    the main issue is that the form that is included on this article is missing!!
    all articles with a form that define the price miss the form, all options, the price and the add to cart button see another couple of examples (http://www.trulyprettyprintables.com/product/custom-printable-party-invitation-cards-text/ http://www.trulyprettyprintables.com/product/custom-printable-wedding-cards/)

    please let me know

    thank you

    Paolo

    Hello,

    If you enable default WordPress theme (for example Twenty Fifteen) you’ll see the form isn’t shown there too, so the issue isn’t related to our theme.
    Please check it yourself.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
