    Hi there! Sorry for the duplicate thread, but I still couldn’t fix the payment button myself.

    Two major issues remain:

    1. On the product page, after scrolling to a certain point, the button simply breaks and stops displaying the pop-up.

    2. Delivery information isn’t displayed if the user isn’t logged into an account on the website (not a Google or Apple account).

    But it works differently with the default theme, please check it out:

    Hello @alexjourneyworldwide,

    Could you please try applying the following custom CSS and then check your Single Product layout?

    @media only screen and (min-width: 992px) {
        .single-product-wide.product-fixed-content .product-content {
            height: 100vh;
            overflow: auto;
        }

        .single-product-wide.product-fixed-content .product-information-inner {
            position: sticky !important;
            top: 0 !important;
            width: auto !important;
        }
    .single-product-wide.product-fixed-content .product-information-inner.is_stuck + div {
        visibility: hidden;
        opacity: 0;
    }

    }

    Additionally, we kindly suggest reviewing the second request in your topic using the default theme, as it is not related to our theme’s functionality and appears to be caused by an additional plugin installed on your website.

    Hello, Jack! Thank you for your suggestion and for providing the code. The first problem was fixed by this code.

    As for the second problem, I’ve checked again the dev store with the default theme, and the button is working correctly in incognito mode for a non-authorized user.

    Moreover, this button also works perfectly with XStore, but only on the cart and checkout pages. So I guess the problem is with the particular product page layout. The problem is with the shipping methods request from the product page.

    You can check it on both sites with the payment sandbox configured now and see the difference.

    Dear @alexjourneyworldwide,

    I am another team member, and I would like to clarify your issue.

    The GPay/ApplePay button appears to be displaying correctly on both your live and development sites:

    Could you please double-check this or provide more details about the issue you are experiencing?

    Thank you.

    Hi Luca! Thank you for your reply. The problem is that on the product page with the XStore theme, the shipping methods are always “Pending,” while on other pages with this button (cart & checkout pages) or on the product page with the default theme, the shipping methods are calculated correctly.

    You should log in to your Google/Apple account to check the difference. Please see screenshots.

    Dear @alexjourneyworldwide,

    As this is the live site, could you please assist us in copying your current live site to your development site? This will allow us to perform debugging without affecting the live environment.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    I’ve also found a bug on the checkout page. Maybe it is the same bug as mentioned above.

    Payment with CashApp (Stripe Payment form) is not working because of the error: Missing required parameter: Shipping name

    Dear @alexjourneyworldwide,

    It appears that the Google Pay button is now functioning correctly after all third-party plugins were deactivated:

    Could you please activate the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict?

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello Luca! What browser are you using? I’ve checked in Chrome (PC), Firefox, and Edge, and got the same results even with all plugins deactivated.

    I wonder how did you achieve this result? Because in my case, I always get “Pending” shipping method on both sites, regardless of device or browser.

    That’s a bit strange because I am using my real payment accounts.
