When install Xstore theme from the wordpress dashboard by using the downloaded zip file “themeforest-xxxx-xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme”, always got the error” The link you followed has expired, please try again”. All plugin deactivated and the server info satisfied the requirements:

PHP
v7.4.25
GD: 2.2.5
Memory Limit: 512.0 MiB
Max Script Execute Time: 500s
Max Post Size: 32.0 MiB
Max Upload Size: 128.0 MiB

MYSQL
v5.7.36
Maximum No. Connections: 151
Maximum Packet Size: 256.0 MiB
Data Disk Usage: 2.8 MiB
Index Disk Usage: 1.4 MiB

It looks like you are trying to instal wrong archive (full package instead WP theme only). Or you did not check requirements – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
