Hi, I have created some Google maps on the contact page.
Also, I have set them to enable “Zoom Control” in the “Google Map” element.
However, the zoom function doesn’t work in Firefox & Chrome. They just look like static pictures.
The map only works in IE.
All web browser are the most updated version.

I have already updated the theme (1.7.1) and plugin to the latest version (Visual Composer – 4.4.3 and Ultimate Addon for VC – 3.9.4)

    How to solve it?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I’ve checked Google maps and they are working in Firefox.
Please clear browser cache and check once more.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

I have checked on several machines and they didn’t work all the time.
Sometimes it worked, but most of the time it didn’t work.
Please try to load it several times (or go to other page and go back) to see if it work at your side.

I guess web page viewers usually view the page several times and it is less likely that they will clear browser cache. I think the page should work all of the time.

What is the possible cause of this problems? and How to solve it?
    Thanks in advanced.

    Hello

You have included many times Google maps element which causes errors in map Visual Composer element(javascript code conflict). You may write to the pulgin author about this issue or use another solution for Google maps. For example you may try use some 3-d party plugin. or include Google code directly to the web page using Google documentation.
    Thank you for understanding

    With best regards
