I opened my site to indexing last week, I allowed google bots to crawl. I also allowed one of my products to be indexed in the trial, but I encountered some warnings from the search console. What are these and how can i resolve it? I couldn’t find this specific fields to fill in.

    These are :
“ShippingDetails” field is missing (in “offers”)

General identifier (e.g. gtin, brand) not given

“hasMerchantReturnPolicy” field is missing (in “offers”)

    “aggregateRating” field is missing

    “review” field missing

    For this product only:

    Hello, @Atahan,

We are writing to inform you about the warnings you have been receiving from Google Search Console. These warnings are due to missing or incomplete structured data markup on your product page.

Here are the warnings and the steps you can take to resolve them:

    1. Missing “ShippingDetails” field (in “offers”):

Please edit your product and ensure that all the details under the shipping tab of the product are filled. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://postimg.cc/LhhkXkHw

    2. Absence of a general identifier (e.g. gtin, brand):

Ensure that the GTIN number is added to your product under the Inventory Tab and that a brand is assigned to your product. You can refer to these screenshots for guidance: https://postimg.cc/8F9pbV6h & https://postimg.cc/tsfJBP0Z

    3. Missing “hasMerchantReturnPolicy” field (in “offers”):

This warning is due to the absence of a return policy in your product markup. You should provide information about your return policy within the “offers” section of your structured data.

To resolve this, add the “hasMerchantReturnPolicy” field to your product schema and provide details about your return policy.

You can refer to these screenshots for guidance: https://postimg.cc/SJmppKLZ & https://postimg.cc/Mcp7k1XW

    4. Missing “aggregateRating” field:

This warning indicates that there is no aggregate rating information for your product. You should include ratings and review information in your structured data markup.

You can turn on the reviews for the product as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/4Hs4MQNP

    5. Missing “review” field:

This warning suggests that you should include review information for your product in the structured data.

Google provides a Structured Data Testing Tool that can help you validate your markup as you make these changes. Please note that it may take some time for Google to re-crawl and re-index your page after you’ve made these updates. We recommend monitoring the Search Console for any further issues or improvements in your search performance.

We hope you find this information helpful.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
